Daily stretches, walking, heading to the gym. Stretches are a great activity, whether you’re warming up for some exercise or just getting ready for the day ahead, loosening up your muscles and getting the blood circulating to improve your concentration. We like to make our exercise sessions a fun activity to wake us all up and improve our general wellbeing.

We also try (weather permitting) to get out to have a walk either in the park directly outside, or up at the canal, which is always fun and lively in the summer.
